Connection contract documents for residential customers

In all cases of connection

• Photocopy of applicant’s identity card
• A declaration of responsibility Regarding the ownership of the property, an Affidavit of Acceptance of 100% ownership or a copy of the notarial deed of ownership of the property is required. Where the property is owned by more than one owner and the connection contract is issued in the details of one owner, the other owners must declare their percentage of ownership and that they agree to the connection contract being issued in the details of one owner.
• Property Connection Form and Component Location Agreement Form
• Model contract for the connection of f.o.b. (natural person)

Central Heating (Apartment building)

• Decision minutes of the general meeting of co-owners according to which the majority (501 per thousand of ownership) agrees to the conversion of the central heating installation to a gas installation and to the execution of the necessary works of piping and installation of fittings (meters, etc.) within the common areas of the building.

Individual Heating (Individual apartment)

• Affidavit of acceptance stating that all the legal procedures provided for in paragraph 1 have been followed. 2 of article 127 of Law 4495/2017 (Government Gazette A67/A/3-11-2017) “Control and protection of the Built Environment and other provisions”.

Authorised Person

• Authorisation certified by a public authority.
