The Company has laid down the Procurement and Services Regulation, as well as the Work Contracts’ Award and Execution Regulation.

The Procurement and Services Regulation sets out the procedure and terms for the conclusion and performance of contracts concluded by the Company, concerning the procurement and delivery of all kinds of goods, materials, supplies, equipment, and the provision of services to the Company by natural or legal entities.

The Work Contracts’ Award and Execution Regulation sets out the rules and conditions for the conclusion and performance of the Company’s work contracts, required for the construction, operation, repair, maintenance, safety, improvement and extension of its facilities.
