By virtue of RAEWW Decision no.1428/2020, concerning the provisions of article 16 of Tariff Regulation of the Natural Gas Basic Distribution Activity, for the annual adjustment of the Distribution Tariff Coefficients, for the year 2023, the following coefficients are applied:

The value of the percentage change in the average annual Consumer Price Index ΔCPIt-1, which will be applied for January 2024, is equal to +3.8%, according to the relevant Press Release of month November 2023, published by the Greek Statistical Authority. Based on this figure, during January 2024, the following Distribution Tariff coefficients are applied:

By virtue of RAEWW Decision no.E-14/2024 and for the regulatory period 2023-26 (calculation year:2023), the tariff rates of the Basic Distribution Activity per category of End Customers of the distribution network of Attica, were determined as follows:

Based on the provisions of article 16 of the Tariff Regulation, the above coefficients are adjusted with the latest available percentage change in the average annual Consumer Price Index (CPI), as published by the Greek Statistical Authority for the month of December 2023. For the year 2023, ΔCPIt-1 is set at 3.5 %.
Based on this figure, from February 1st, 2024, the following rates apply:

Based on the Tariff Regulation for Basic Distribution Activity (GG B’ 3358/30.06.2022), the Capacity Factor refers to €/(kWh GCV/hour).
Where required for the conversion of the installed capacity, the following Gross Calorific Value is used: 11,4935 €/(kWh GCV/hr).
