Connection contract documents for commercial customers
In all cases of connection
- Photocopy of applicant’s identity card
- Regarding the ownership of the property, an Affidavit of Acceptance of 100% ownership or a copy of the notarial deed of ownership of the property is required. In case the property is owned by more than one owner and the connection contract is issued in the name of more than one owners, the other owners must declare their percentage of ownership and that they agree that the connection contract is issued in the name of one owner.

Individual Business
- Affidavit of Acceptance by the owner to connect the business to the gas network
Joint Stock Company (S.A.) – Limited Liability Company (LLC)
- Official Gazette of Incorporation and Minutes of the Board of Directors of the company
- Minutes of the Board of Directors authorising a third person other than the legal representative (managing director) to sign the gas connection contract. and to take any action for the execution of the contract or an authorisation of the legal representative of the company to a third natural person, certified by a public authority.
General Partnership (LLC)
- Certified copy of the Articles of Association, as published at the Court of First Instance at the time of signing the gas connection contract.
- A declaration by the party concerned that there is no change in the articles of association or a certified copy thereof if there is a change.
Private Limited Company (PSC)
- Private or notarised document of incorporation as in force (articles of association), as a true copy from GEMI. (GENERAL COMMERCIAL REGISTER)
- A detailed document range indicating the current representation of the company in exact copies from GEMI.
- A certificate from the relevant GEMI indicating all amendments to the articles of association issued no later than three (3) months before the deadline for submission of tenders.
Public Services
- The supporting documents are the same as those of S.A.s.
Public Schools
- School Committee Establishment Gazette, School Committee decision to connect the school building directly with the gas network and authorisation of a third natural person, other than the chairman of the school committee, to sign the gas supply contract.
- In case the school is owned by the municipality, a decision of the municipal council and the authorisation of a third natural person, other than the mayor, to sign the contract for the connection of the gas supply system.
Nonprofit organizations- Associations – Clubs
- The supporting documents are the same as those for public bodies.
Holy Church
It is a Legal Entity of Public Law and is governed by its Ecclesiastical Council which usually appoints the Chairman or one of its members as a representative of the Holy Church. In this case, the appointment of the representative and a resolution of the Council is required for the connection or, should it be within the powers of the representative, the declaration, application and appointment of the representative.
Embassy
If a foreign state’s property, the appointment of the person applying, indicating their authority to enter into contracts with OΚO.
