Measurement Volume Conversion Factor (VCF)

The calculation of the conversion factor C for each Delivery Point shall be carried out annually by the Operator within the first fifteen days of the year and shall be posted on the Operator’s website by Relative Distribution Network Entry Points and by operating pressure class
