a) Meter installation schedule:
The Operator shall complete the Connection within sixty (60) calendar days of signing the Connection Agreement. In accordance with the Distribution Network Management Code, the following cases are excepted:
- Failure of the Respondent to provide the Operator with the required information and/or inability to access the Respondent’s Internal Facility/Property.
- Whether, due to reasons beyond the responsibility of the Operator, the construction of the External Installation or the power supply is dangerous.
- Whether a different connection time is agreed between the Counterparty and the Operator.
- Due to force majeure, as described in the provisions of Article 8 of the Distribution Network Management Code.
- In case the Operator has received monthly connection requests in excess of 120% of the average of the requests of the last two (2) years.
- In cases requiring the installation of a pressure-regulating station (M/R).
- In cases of technical difficulties, such as archaeological findings, need to revise connection design, difficulty in construction at the responsibility of the Contractor, requirement for special permits or special remediation.
- In case an extension of the Distribution Network is required.
