Enaon EDA, as the distribution network operator in the area of Attica, may provide to Distribution Users and/or Final Consumers, indicatively and not restrictively, the following services which are ancillary to the Core Activity and which are provided exclusively within its Licence Area.

| Damaged Meter Replacement
In case the meter has been damaged due to the consumer’s fault, a replacement request must be made. The company will remove the old meter and install a new one. |
The cost is calculated on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the materials and labor used. |
| Increase/decrease in load
The consumer declares the increase or decrease of the originally declared load (due to addition or removal of appliances, change of gas use, etc.). Depending on the magnitude of the load increase or decrease, and if required, the Company shall replace the old meter with a new meter suitable to serve the new requested load. |
The pre-test rate is: 43,90 €.
Costs for service will be determined once the assessment has been carried out. In any case, the consumer will be additionally charged with the material costs calculated on a case-by-case basis. |
| Relocation of Meter and/or Drainpipe
Refers to work where at the request of a consumer or end user, the location of the meter or part or all of the External Installation is relocated. |
The charge for the pre-inspection (assessment) is 43,90 €.
The cost for the meter or supply displacement service will be calculated after the assessment: In any case, the consumer will be additionally charged with the material costs calculated on a case-by-case basis. |
| Replacement of ballast
This refers to the work where, at the request of a consumer or end user, the existing meter ballast is replaced with a new one, due to deterioration or damage to the old one. |
The charge for the pre-inspection (assessment) is 37,27 €.
The cost of the ballast replacement service will be calculated after the assessment. |

| Meter disconnection at the request of an Final Consumer or End User
It concerns the deactivation of the meter or the Pressure and Metering Control Station by placing a seal on the flow switch (tap) of the meter inlet. Upon power cut-off operation, the Operator performs the final consumption recording and deactivation of the meter. |

| Removal of Meter Installation
Service which involves the removal of the gas meter from the supply pipe (external installation). Upon completion of the work, the Operator shall carry out the final consumption recording, deactivate the meter and perform the necessary work for its dismantling. |

| Disassembly of Supply
a) Disconnection of the distribution pipeline, i.e., the part of the pipework from the main pipeline to the gas meter for installations with an internal consumption network operating pressure ≤ 25 mbar, including their fittings. During the dismantling operation, the Operator shall carry out the final consumption recording and the deactivation of the meter (if any) and shall carry out the necessary work for the dismantling of part or all of the external installation. b) Disconnection of the supply pipe, i.e. the part of the pipework from the main pipe and the metering device for installations with an internal consumption network operating pressure > 25 mbar. During the dismantling operation, the operator shall carry out the final consumption survey and perform the work necessary for dismantling part or all of the external installation. |

The activity may be carried out at the request of the final consumer or End user and concerns the carrying out of a check on the correct recording of the volume of gas passing through. The company will replace the meter and send it to special calibration laboratories. In case the meter is found not to be working according to the specifications, the cost of the calibration will be assumed by EDA Attikis S.A., otherwise the calibration service will be charged to the applicant.
